I'm not sure what the point is for an online check in when you show up prior to the time and your spot has been given away and I go from a 5 minute wait to a 30 minute wait. I had to cancel my check in after that happened because I already had another appointment to be at. If you give an estimated time,don't start another haircut if you aren't going be ready...it's that simple.

I went in with anticipation of a cut on the sides. Just a trim and taper to define a mullet. I showed a photo and said “just the sides, don’t touch the back or top” the first thing she did was take a razor to the back of my hair and I stopped her but a cut was already made. I reiterated that I want a mullet. Ended up having to bring the sides of the back in to match the other and what started as quite long in the back is now maybe 4-5” wide. Thankfully they were able to recover what was left but still nowhere near what I wanted. I will not be returning.

First off after I used the app to get put on the waiting list I was called by a stylist assume my preference on what service I was receiving that day. After my haircut she asked me to follow her to the sink where she would was my hair, wrapped a warm towel over my head. Then after returning to the stylist station she began cutting my hair again stating she was getting the stray hairs. Now that was the same quote she used following her to the sink. I asked why did you wash my hair and then cut it again, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of the hair washing. She said just getting the stray hairs. Then Ishe said she was going to put some form of gel or conditioner or something to style my hair. I told her no thank you that I'm wearing my hat anyways. She then put the stuff in my hair. When asked to pay the total was $27. I only asked the question for why that is that my haircut is that price. She stated that I was given the MVP package. I said thank you but I didn't ask for that. The manager overheard the conversation and said that she knows it was too much for me anyways to go ahead and discount my price. The total came to $19. I entered my card chip and followed instructions for tip. There is an option for 5$ $10$ $15 and other. I selected other and nothing happened. I asked the stylist how to proceed and she selected the buttons entered the amount of $0 and said ok your welcome. The price on the screen still said $19 and I asked her what about your trip and she said I figured you wouldn't have given me one. I said okay well I was going to give you something but since you assumed I want then ok. I left the building feeling very discriminated and unsatisfied with my service and Sports Clips experience. I shouldn't have even paid for that. I can't believe I paid for that. Sorry for the negative feedback.
